The 2003 Open Space Utilization Task Force Report was prepared by the Mayor's Open Space Utilization Task Force. This document contains a plan for where active and passive recreation facilities will be placed throughout the township, and how the various open space parcels will be used. Several members of FOWWOS served on the Task Force and were instrumental in developing this document. Since late 2006 the Township has moved on to the next step, developing individual parcel plans (IPPs) for each open space parcel in the report. As of March 2009 IPPs for 10 parcels were ready or nearly ready for formal adoption.
